Practical guide

AI maturity is an operating model problem, not a model problem

A practical framework for moving from isolated AI experiments to repeatable, governed business capability.

Most organizations that describe themselves as behind on AI have already run pilots. The gap is rarely access to a model. It is the absence of an operating model that can carry a model into daily work: owned data, defined decision rights, a governance path that does not stop at a policy document, and a team that knows what to do when the system is unsure.

How assessment data is used.

The assessment app states exactly what it collects and how long it keeps it. Basefy uses responses to produce your result and, where you ask for it, to prepare a discussion. Results are not sold, shared with third parties, or published. The methodology is directional and has not been formally validated, so results should be read as a structured self assessment rather than a measurement.
