Originated inside the Basefy studio, with Basefy responsible for the initial product and operating model.
Co-built
Built jointly with founders or a corporate partner, with contribution and decision rights defined in advance.
Invested
Capital participation without Basefy owning the build. Contribution may still include product or operating support.
Acquired
Brought into Basefy ownership. Published only when both parties approve.
Supported
Operating, product, or technology support without capital participation.
Exited
Basefy no longer holds a position. Published only with approval.
